It was a hearty experience to see the kids enjoying themselves with Yoga asanas and games. But actually we realized that more than exercises what these children most need is some atention and a little bit of care.
With a lot of interest they played ball games and afterwards they were introduced to simple yoga asanas such as Sukhasana (Happy Pose), Talasana (Palm Tree Pose) and Parvatasana (Mountain Pose).
Arranged in The Yoga Institute, the session was followed with lunch for all the children.
